How much is delivery?


We deliver and assemble free of charge in England, North and Southern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.  We only charge a small fee on all accessories and lighting and mirrors.  This cost will be found at the selected products.

Delivery

Our dedicated fleet of vehicles deliver everything from sofas to sideboards, beds to bookcases and dining tables to barstools. All directly to the doors of our lovely customers. Each and every home we deliver to receives the undivided attention of a friendly and highly trained team. They’ll not only deliver your furniture, but make sure it’s assembled in the room you want it to be for free. Experts in guiding your furniture through the tightest of spaces and most awkward of spots, these delivery ninjas can operate in homes of every shape and size. 

We build all the furniture in the room of choice for free.  Most of our competitors do not do this.  Most other shops would charge a fee for this service.

Our drivers aren’t in a rush. Other furniture services will have double the daily workload.  

We deliver at reasonable times. Other delivery services will start their deliveries at 7am.   We will text you your day and the three hour slot to be in your home!

We quality control all items before they leave our warehouse. Our rivals rarely do this.

Our drivers are always courteous. At Moy Furniture Centre we care about customer service.

Eco friendly Deliveries

We care about the environment and we know you do too, which is why we've introduced our new long distance delivery time slots.  

When we are delivering to you from afar, we make sure to time this with deliveries to other customers close-by to help reduce the carbon footprint of your delivery.

 

Cancellation & Returns

We're sure you'll love our products just as much as we do, but just in case you change your mind we are happy for you to return your goods for a refund*. Please just make sure you let us know within 14 days noting that the products must be in a resalable condition and that we also require the original packaging so we can give them a brand new home. If required, we can also arrange for your return to be collected by us. Please note that collection fees apply, so please contact our customer service team for more information.

Single person collection from £12 and 2 Person collection £60.

It's a little different for instore orders so be sure to check with store about cancellation and returns.
